Instead, callers who request a business listing through AT&T 1-800-YELLOWPAGES will listen to short audio ads, each five to ten seconds in length, before receiving a business listing. They can request a number for a specific business or request a listing by type of business (for example, asking for "florists").

Ad package pricing is dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to: geographical requirements, number of locations and the type of business.   • If I’m not an advertiser with AT&T 1-800-YELLOWPAGES, will the caller still be provided to my listed number?

  • Yes. Just as if the caller had used the traditional directory assistance, and asked for your business by name, your listing will be provided. However, an Advertisers' Ad may play before your information is delivered, and the Caller will be given the option of selecting that Alternative or your information.

  • Will another advertiser’s message play when someone is trying to connect to MY business?

  • Not if you purchased a Requested Listing Ad. The caller would then only hear your ad played.

  • Who will record my advertisement?

  • The advertising messages are professionally recorded and managed by a highly experienced client service and sound production team. Of course, you can also use your own ad as a long as it’s professionally produced (.wav or .mp3 of CD quality or greater).

  • How can I monitor the performance of my advertising?

  • Every month, in addition to your invoice, you will receive a Marketing Report detailing ad play.

  • Is this service available in other languages?
