  1. SBS Wireline Services Additional Terms
    1. Monthly Credits. The specified percentage will be a percentage-off the monthly list price of the relevant service (“Percent-Off”). The Monthly Credit will appear in the “Promotions and Discounts” section of your bill, and will be shown as a “Discount”. The Monthly Credit will be calculated as follows: for FastAccess services,-a credit equal to the Percent-Off of the monthly list price. Monthly credits are not applied against the recurring charges for FastAccess additional features; see the FastAccess Service Guide for a list of excluded charges. Taxes, surcharges and f ees will be based on the discounted price.

    2. For Customers whose service is provided or located in Alabama, Kentucky or South Carolina: ANY ACTION PURSUANT TO THIS PROMOTION MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION FIRST ACCRUED. Any obligation of AT&T and Customer, which by their terms would continue beyond the termination, cancellation, or expiration of this Agreement, shall survive such termination, cancellation, or expiration.

    3. A single bill will be rendered by AT&T for all services provided under this Agreement (monthly bill will include AT&T Mobility Services and AT&T SBS Wireline Services).
  2. AT&T Business Local Calling II
    1. Under this Agreement, Customer is subscribing to the AT&T Business Local Calling II package, which includes a minimum of one (1) line package, package includes Business Access Line (BAL) (flat rate-unlimited local calling), Caller ID Deluxe and Remote Access to Call Forwarding and up to a maximum of a four (4) line package at the time of subscription to the Program.

    2. A Customer who participates in the Program and also subscribes to new eligible Service(s) during the term will not be billed for the line connection charges with the service order. Line connection charges include first and additional lines, and change in service charges, if applicable, associated with the order This language should be the same as the edited Line Connection charge language.
  3. FastAccess Business DSL Service. Customers must install the FastAccess component service within 60 days of the service order or this Agreement will be considered materially breached and terminated by Customer, and Customer will be liable for applicable Early Termination Fees. IN THE EVENT THAT INSTALLATION OF FASTACCESS IS DELAYED (BUT STILL IS INSTALLED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE SERVICE ORDER) AND BILLING FOR FASTACCESS IS LIKEWISE DELAYED, THEN BILL CREDITS FOR FASTACCESS WILL APPLY ON THE FIRST BILL FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF FASTACCESS AND WILL END ON THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE AGREEMENT.

    1. During the Term of this Agreement, Customer may upgrade or downgrade to one of the following FastAccess services under this Agreement without incurring an Early Termination Fee: FastAccess Business DSL, FastAccess Business DSL Plus or FastAccess Business DSL 6.0. During the Term of this Agreement, Customer may upgrade to another AT&T dedicated Internet access service without incurring Early Termination Fees provided Customer signs a new agreement with a minimum commitment term of 12-months. In the event Customer notifies AT&T of a move to a new address within AT&T serving centers, and the new location is not qualified for FastAccess, Customer is not liable for Early Termination Fees.
