There are times when you can't answer your calls. That's when AT&T voicemail features and services can become your personal assistant. Listed below is information that will help you manage your voicemail. If you are new to voicemail services, you can also determine which level of service is right for your needs.
Using Your Voicemail
Receiving Voicemail
Once your phone is activated, you'll be able to receive messages upon setting up your voicemail. To get started, press and hold the 1 key and follow the instructions. If you forget your password, log in to myAT&T to reset your password, or dial 611 from your wireless phone and follow the prompts.

Managing Your Messages
Basic Voicemail is included with all of our calling plans at no charge (standard airtime charges apply). In addition to Basic Voicemail, AT&T also offers Visual Voicemail, Voicemail to Text (on select devices), and Enhanced Voicemail. To add a voicemail service to your account, log in to myAT&T.
Basic Voicemail
Basic voicemail provides everything you need to get started. This feature comes with call forwarding, call waiting, cut-through paging, and message storage.
Enhanced Voicemail
Enhanced voicemail provides options for customers who need a little more from their voicemail service. For more information see Compare Voicemail Features and Services (below).
AT&T Visual Voicemail
Visual Voicemail provides you with an easier way to manage voicemail, by seeing (rather than just hearing) your messages. With Visual Voicemail, you can get to important messages fast, accessing them just as you would a regular email message. Learn more about AT&T Visual Voicemail.
AT&T Voicemail to Text
