About AT&T Mobile Purchases
Each AT&T Mobile device is enabled to purchase content from the device and the charge will appear on the monthly bill. Content may include ringtones, graphics, and monthly subscriptions such as daily news updates, horoscopes, Hollywood gossip day or even charitable donations.
To view, cancel or submit a dispute for mobile content, AT&T customers may access the AT&T Mobile Purchase Management Tool.
AT&T offers Free Purchase Blocker. If your Device is a Smartphone, Purchase Blocker must be activated by an AT&T Customer Service Representative. Use the Click to Chat option through your online account or call customer service at 1-800-331-0500. If your Device is not a Smartphone, please refer to the Parental Controls Setup Guide.
Itemsare one-time purchases like Ringtones, wallpapers, and games.
Subscriptionsare ongoing services, which incur monthly charges. Subscriptions include, but are not limited to: horoscopes, trivia, jokes, weather, and news updates.
Note: To submit, view, or cancel a purchase dispute for mobile content, AT&T customers may access the AT&T Mobile Purchases Management Tool.
To access AT&T Mobile Purchases, you need to register for Mobile Web. If you already are registered for Mobile Web, you may log in to your account or go directly to Manage Mobile Purchases & Downloads if you wish to view your AT&T Mobile Purchases charges online.
To view, cancel or dispute a purchase, AT&T customers may access the AT&T Mobile Purchases Management Tool.
View Mobile Purchases History (Ringtones, Graphics, Games, etc.)
- Log in to your AT&T Mobile Purchases account using your ten-digit AT&T wireless phone number.
- Have your wireless phone/device ready to receive a free text message with an eight-digit secret code you'll need to log in.
- Enter the eight-digit secret code, then select Submit.
- The Purchases Summary screen shows the purchases you've made using the AT&T Mobile Purchases service in the last 90 days.
- Select Current Products to view your subscriptions.
To learn more about your purchases, select the product link associated with your download. After you've made a purchase, the details of that purchase will appear in the Purchase Summary screen within approximately five minutes.
AT&T offers Purchase Blocker free of charge. If the Device is a smartphone, Purchase Blocker must be activated by an AT&T Customer Service Representative. Use the Click to Chat option through your online account or call customer service at 1-800-331-0500. If the Device is a non-smartphone see the Parental Controls Setup Guide.
Yes, you need an AT&T Mobile PurchasesID and password to use a coupon code. This allows us to identify you when sending the download you selected. It also gives you the ability to purchase additional ringtones and graphics in the future.
You may contact AT&T Customer Service at 1-800-331-0500 to add Parental Controls to your Mobile Purchases account.
