AT&T Visual Voicemail: An Introduction

With AT&T Visual Voicemail, you can see a list of the messages in your voicemail box and select which ones you wish to play or delete, in whichever order you choose, right from the Voicemail screen on your wireless device. Visual Voicemail lists your voicemail messages by date and time and displays relevant information like caller name and callback number.

Visual Voicemail is available for iPhone and compatible BlackBerry(R), LTE Android, and LTE Windows devices with device-eligible data plans and lets you:

  • Listen to your messages in any order you choose.
  • Quickly get to your most important messages first.
  • Save important numbers directly to your device contacts list.
  • Respond to messages by call back, text message, picture/video message, or email (LTE Windows Visual Voicemail allows call back only.)
  • Share messages by forwarding them in emails or picture/video messages (iPhone, BlackBerry, and LTE Android only.)
  • Save messages to your device's internal memory or memory card (iPhone, BlackBerry, and LTE Android only.)

Visual Voicemail Usage Charges

You will incur additional usage charges whenever:

  • You exceed your domestic data plan when using email to reply to and forward Visual Voicemail messages.
  • You exceed your domestic messaging plan when using text messaging and picture/video messaging.
  • You receive Visual Voicemail messages and when you reply to or forward them via email while roaming internationally.
  • You reply to or forward Visual Voicemail messages via text message and/or picture/video message while roaming internationally.
