AT&T delivers solutions to help customers stay connected who have issues with vision, hearing, or speech.
Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS)
Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) is a service that provides telephone accessibility for people who deal with hearing or speech issues by using a text telephone type (TTY). Specially trained Communication Assistants connect the call and remain on the line to assist in the conversation. View more information regarding AT&T Relay Services.
Monthly Telephone Bills
For customers who have difficulty reading a standard telephone bill, your bill may be available in large print or Braille. For more information or to order your bill in an alternate format, please call us 1-800-722-3140 or TTY 800-651-5111.

Calling Features

Lifeline Service
Lifeline service provides a discount to help qualified customers with their monthly phone bill. Visit our Lifeline page to see if you qualify and to find out more details. This service is not available in all areas.
TTY Local Toll Discount
Qualified customers using a TTY will receive a discount for local toll calls. For more information or to see if you qualify, please call us at 1-800-722-3140 or TTY 800-651-5111.
Directory Assistance
If a disability makes it difficult for you to use the telephone directory, you may qualify for discounted Local Directory Assistance (411). Exemptions do not apply to requests for National Directory Assistance. If you are making a Local Directory Assistance call from another location you may use your calling card and ask the operator to bill your call to your exempt telephone number.
