Online Access
Use att.com/ufix from your computer to quickly troubleshoot and fix your U-verse service issue.

Mobile Access
You can use your wireless phone or tablet to access Troubleshoot & Resolve. Visit att.com/ufix, or scan the QR code reader to get started. It’s your access on the go.

TV Access
Get Troubleshoot & Resolve help on your TV by pressing Menu on your U-verse remote control. Scroll to Help, and then select Troubleshoot & Resolve.
*Member ID is the ID you chose when you registered for U-verse® service. It’s the same as your email address.
