Get Troubleshoot & Resolve help on your TV by pressing Menu on your U-verse remote control. Scroll to Help, and then select Troubleshoot & Resolve.

*You’ll need your Member ID and password to access the tool.
Member ID is the ID you chose when you registered for U-verse High Speed Internet service. It’s your email address.
