What services are covered by my decision to receive a paperless bill?

All services you currently subscribe to or choose to subscribe to in the future and that AT&T normally bills on the paper form of your bill will be included on the paperless bill.

What bill notices and messages will be included in my paperless bill?

Any bill message or bill notice included in paper bills will be available to you through the paperless bill. These include both legally required notices and messages and additional offers or promotions for new AT&T services.

Do I have to register for online customer care in order to have paperless only billing?

Registration for online customer care is required to enjoy all of the benefits of paperless only billing. In order to view and print your entire bill, including bill notices and messages, register to manage your account online at www.att.com/managemyaccount. You will also receive a monthly bill ready notice via email and/or text message, which includes a link to online customer care.

Will I be able to access past paperless bills that I have received?

Yes. You can always print a paper copy of your current paperless bill. In addition, you can access online versions of past bills for up to 16 months.

What if I change my mind and do not want to continue with paperless only billing?

You can always change your billing preferences using online customer care at www.att.com/managemyaccount to resume receipt of a paper bill. You must have an online customer care account to revert back to a paper bill or you will need to speak directly with a customer representative to make this change.
