AT&T Wi-Fi is a service, provided by AT&T Internet Services, that allows you to take your high-speed Internet experience on the road while leaving the wires at home. With connection speeds much faster than dial-up, you can send email, watch streaming video, listen to your favorite songs and much more, all on the go. This service is available at public AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots only.

Our AT&T Wi-Fi service is priced to meet a variety of budgets and connection needs. AT&T Wi-Fi is available as a subscription service (for AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition members), a monthly Premier membership or as a On the Spot Connection.

Allows users to automatically detect and connect to available networks while on the road, at the office, or at home. Our software scans for Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) and cellular data networks. Features an integrated location finder for AT&T Wi-Fi and partner hot spots. |
AT&T Wi-Fi is currently available in many hotels, restaurants, airports, convention centers and coffee shops.
"Roaming" is included in Premier monthly plans through a number of Wi-Fi partners. Roaming locations are denoted in red within the location description on the AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot locator as a "Premium Roaming Location".

A laptop computer, Wi-Fi enabled cell phones or personal digital assistant (PDA) equipped with Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b) capabilities.
AT&T Wi-Fi Connection Software System Requirements: Microsoft Windows XP - 300MHz Processor, 64MB RAM (256MB Recommended) Microsoft Windows 2000 - 200 MHz Processor (233MHz Recommended); 64MB RAM (128MB Recommended); Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later; 50 MB available hard disk space; Wi-Fi card (internal, PCMCIA, or USB). WPA requires a minimum of a 733MHz processor and 256MB of RAM.
A subscription to Wireless from AT&T is required to use the EDGE (Enhanced Data for GSM Evolution) and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) networks supported by the Connection Software.
