AT&T Collect to Wireless

AT&T Collect to Wireless is one of many products you can use when calling 1-800-CALL-ATT^®.

You can make collect calls to cell phones by dialing 1-800-CALL-ATT (1-800-225-5288) to access a service called AT&T Collect to Wireless.

Simply dial 1-800-CALL-ATT from any phone (excluding payphones) for access to the AT&T network for calling card, credit card and collect calls. After choosing the AT&T Collect to Wireless prompt, simply enter the 10 digit mobile phone number and then speak your name.

You can talk for up to 20 minutes for $9.99.

AT&T Collect to Wireless service costs $9.99 for any collect call to a cell phone for up to 20 minutes of talk time per call*.

• Standard messaging, air time rates, applicable taxes and surcharges apply.
• The charge will appear on the called party's mobile carrier bill as "Text Collect". The called party will also receive a text receipt on their cell phone immediately following the completion of the call.

*You may talk longer, but you will need to place another call after the 20 minutes has expired. At 19 minutes, both parties will hear a whisper announcement informing them that they only have 1 minute of time remaining. At 20 minutes, the call will automatically disconnect.

• Calls from any phone, other than a payphone.

• No restrictions. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Nationwide coverage, including the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Marianas, and American Samoa.
• Collect calls may be sent to your U.S. cell phone from someone in the U.S. while you are travelling to Canada, internationally in Europe or most other major markets.**

*For a call to be completed to a cell phone, the wireless carrier must subscribe to the service. Wireless customers should contact their wireless carrier to find out if they are eligible to receive collect calls.

**In addition to the collect call charges, wireless customers accepting collect calls may incur other charges, for example, roaming airtime charges and applicable taxes.

• Collect calls to cell phones require the wireless carrier to participate in the service. Wireless customers should contact their wireless carrier to find out if they are eligible to receive collect calls.
• Airtime on the cell phone that accepts the collect call is treated the same as any air time. If your mobile plan provides free air time during nights and week-ends, then the air time for the collect call is also free. If your mobile plan charges you for air time or deducts these minutes from a monthly balance, then the air time for the collect call will be charged the same as for a regular call.
• Collect calls to prepaid wireless phones are dependent on the terms of the prepaid phone and the number of available minutes remaining on the prepaid phone. Prepaid phone subscribers should check with their wireless carrier to find out if they are eligible to receive collect calls.

• This service is not available from pay phones at this time.
• This service is currently only available on calls originating within the United States. International inbound service will be available at a later time.
• You may choose to decline incoming collect calls on your cell phone. On any incoming collect call you can always refuse to accept the call and you will not be charged. If you want to block your phone from receiving any collect calls, simply contact your wireless carrier.
