Senior Vice President – Global Solutions and Sales Operations, AT&T Business Solutions

As Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Sales Operations, Anne Chow leads a team of over 2000 industry professionals around the globe who are responsible for enabling and supporting customers and sales teams across all of AT&T’s business markets. The global scope of her responsibilities includes executive deal negotiation, solutions design inclusive of technical and operational architecture, contracting, process and tooling, compensation strategy and execution, as well as sales operations. She and her team also have P&L responsibility for AT&T Network Integration and Consulting businesses.

A veteran of the industry for over two decades, Anne has held leadership positions in engineering, sales, marketing, customer care, international operations, product management, and strategic planning. She has a diverse array of experiences including ownership of large complex P&Ls, leadership of global enterprise sales and customer relationships, and management of strategic partnerships. Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. She is also a graduate from the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music.

She serves on AT&T’s “T University” governing board which supports the corporation’s leadership development imperative, and is also an Executive Advisory Council member of the Asian employee resource group, Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement (APCA). Reflective of Anne’s passion for inspirational leadership, her weekly blog on tSpace, AT&T’s internal social business platform, was voted as “Best Blog” by employees company wide for the past four years.

A long standing, active member of the community, Anne has previously served on the boards of the AT&T Foundation, the Hunterdon Healthcare System and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves as a founding member and Vice Chair of the National Board of Directors for the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF), as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Asian American Justice Center (AAJC), and as a member of the Board of Governors for the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. She was also recently asked to serve on the National Advisory Board of the National Sales Network as well as the Technology Advisory Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Over the years, Anne has been recognized for her diverse contributions including the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders, Chinese Institute of Engineers’ Distinguished Service Award, Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business, Outstanding Service Award by the American Cancer Society, Who’s Who in Asian American Communities Leaders and Legends Award as well as Multicultural Power 100 by the National Diversity Council. She is a member of the Committee of 100 as well as Cornell University’s President’s Council of Cornell Women. Recently she was awarded Corporate Woman of the Year by the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation and ranked "Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders" in DiversityMBA magazine.
