Marian R. Croak

Senior Vice President –Domain 2.0 Architecture and Advanced Services Development

Marian is Senior Vice President-Domain 2.0 Architecture and Advanced Services Development. Named to that role in 2013, she is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of AT&T's next-generation network architecture called the User-Defined Network Cloud. She also oversees the Advanced Technologies group and AT&T Foundry innovation centers.

Prior to her current role, Marian was Senior Vice President of Applications and Services Infrastructure. She currently manages over 2,000 engineers, developers, designers and other innovation experts. Her responsibilities range from project management and service and network planning to development and testing. She mentors numerous staff members and is an executive sponsor for organizations supporting Asian, African American, and Hispanic employees.

Marian joined AT&T in 1982 at Bell Laboratories and has held multiple assignments in integrated voice and data communications. She has received over 175 patents to date in VoIP technology and other areas.

Marian attended Princeton University and the University of Southern California and has a PhD in Social Psychology and Quantitative Analysis (1982).

Marian has three children who are young adults. She enjoys long distance running and sits on the boards of NACME, ATIS, Catalyst, TM Forum and the Holocaust and Human Rights Educational Center in New Jersey. She resides in Dallas.
