Minimum System Requirements
During the installation process, you may need to refer to your system manufacturer's owner's manual. AT&T High Speed Internet provides an Internet browser for use with your service. AT&T High Speed Internet is compatible with many Internet browsers and you are not obligated to use our browser. However, to obtain support for email, news, home pages or general browsing, you will be required to use the software provided with the purchase of AT&T High Speed Internet. The AT&T Dial (Windows XP) browser and tool bar will not be available for the Windows Vista operating systems. Microsoft supplies the Internet Explore 7.0 browser that is compatible with the portal properties. Yahoo! also supplies a new Tool Bar that supports IE 7.0. Please check the Yahoo! Downloads section for more information. Currently, the AT&T Parental Controls and Yahoo! Online Protection suite is not compatible with the Windows Vista operating system. Although this is a temporary inconvenience, AT&T suggests you check the Vista applications found in the Windows Security Center to ensure your PC is protected with a Firewall, Malware protection and other security. Currently AT&T offers no support for the Microsoft Windows XP 64-bit and the Microsoft Windows Vista 64-bit operating systems.
