Network
Our network provides a nationwide GSM/GPRS (Global System for Mobile communications/ General Packet Radio Services) footprint across 100 percent of our service area. It is used by more than 3.8 billion people (more than 88 percent of all wireless users) in 200-plus countries.
We offer the largest international voice coverage of any wireless carrier worldwide, giving customers the ability to make calls on all seven continents and in more than 215 countries. We have also created more than 675 bilingual concept stores in key markets to better serve the growing Hispanic consumer market. Recycling
Our wireless recycling initiatives help protect the environment and support important charitable causes.
- AT&T Reuse and Recycle — Our national recycling program, AT&T Reuse & Recycle, helps consumers play an important role in reducing waste. Through the program, they are invited to bring unwanted wireless phones, Personal Data Assistants (PDAs), accessories and batteries (regardless of the manufacturer or carrier) to AT&T-operated stores and participating authorized dealer stores for recycling.
- Cell Phones for Soldiers — Through our collaboration with Cell Phones for Soldiers, we're offering our more than 2,200 company-owned retail stores across the U.S. to help collect and recycle used wireless phones. With proceeds from the recycling, the nonprofit organization then purchases prepaid phone cards for military families so that they can stay connected. Learn more.

AT&T U-verse TV
With AT&T U-verse TV, you get AT&T's premier IP-based video product. AT&T is the only U.S. national service provider to offer a 100 percent IP-based television service, giving us a strong advantage over older cable-based platforms.
Because AT&T U-verse TV is IP-based, you can enjoy features that are unmatched by other providers, and all of your services are integrated to work together. AT&T U-verse TV features include:

AT&T | DIRECTV customers also enjoy great value with ongoing monthly bundle discounts on qualifying packages.
Broadband
At AT&T, broadband is about keeping people connected at home and on the go. Customers need speed and mobility to stay connected 24/7 to essential information, content and services. AT&T has a unique set of assets and three networks working together to address this trend — wired residential broadband, Wi-Fi and wireless. AT&T allows you to extend your broadband connection at home into thousands of access points around the world with Wi-Fi hotspots and wireless coverage, including more than 350 markets with 3G service.
AT&T High Speed Internet
As the nation's largest broadband provider, with more than 17.1 million subscribers — including DSL, AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, satellite broadband and wireless LaptopConnect services — we're focused on delivering an excellent service with unmatched value. AT&T High Speed Internet, powered by WildBlue
All across the country, we remain focused on delivering broadband to as many customers as possible. Residents in most rural and remote areas where our traditional broadband service isn't available can sign up for our satellite-based broadband Internet service, called AT&T High Speed Internet, powered by WildBlue. This product offers three service packages and broadband speeds starting at up to 1.5 Mbps downstream.
AT&T Wi-Fi
Our goal is to keep you connected in more places than any other provider. AT&T Wi-Fi service bridges our wireless and wired networks, giving you access to high speed Internet when you're away from home by using the nation's largest Wi-Fi network*. With DataConnect for your laptop — you can send and receive email, browse the Internet, and access your corporate intranet while on the go by connecting your laptop to the Internet over the AT&T wireless network.
Home Networking
Wireless home gateways add even greater value to the in-home broadband experience. And we ship thousands of home gateways every day. With a wireless gateway or home network, you can take advantage of untethered wireless connections to the Internet from multiple devices all at the same time — with the same fast speed. All AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet packages include wireless home networking at no extra cost.

Home Phone

As the nation's leading provider of local and long distance home phone services, we offer a variety of flexible, easy-to-understand calling plans — from per-minute, to blocks of time, to unlimited plans.

Local Service
In addition to selecting local phone service packages, residential customers can choose from a wide variety of call-management features, including Call Waiting ID, Three Way Calling and voice mail service. With the innovative Privacy Manager® feature, customers can screen unwanted callers.
Through the Lifeline program, available in most states, qualified customers are provided with access to affordable basic phone service. The program reduces the cost of phone service by combining a federally funded line-installment program with a discounted monthly rate for low-income households that qualify for assistance programs.
Long Distance
With AT&T long distance, you can choose from an unlimited domestic calling package and low per-minute rates or block-of-time plans for calls within the United States. You can select from a variety of international calling plans, low per-minute rates and unlimited calling to select countries.
AT&T U-verse Voice
In select markets, we offer AT&T U-verse Voice, a managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service that is delivered over AT&T's fiber-rich network, unlike many VoIP providers that offer best-effort digital phone services over the public Internet. AT&T Interactive develops, manages, and delivers online and mobile advertising products across all of AT&T's media platforms, including AT&T's wireless, broadband, and U-verse TV customer base.
YELLOWPAGES.COM, a leading Internet Yellow Pages and local search site, delivers rich advertiser content under the most intuitive URL in local search.
The YELLOWPAGES.COM Network received more than 1.8 billion local searches in 2008. YELLOWPAGES.COM's growth has been driven by highly targeted search results and expanded content and features such as video advertisements.
YPmobile apps are pre-loaded on the majority of new AT&T phones sold. Introduced in 2008, YPmobile for the iPhone allows people to discover, plan, and share local places and events while on-the-go. Named by Apple as a top free iPhone App and by PCWORLD.COM as among the five best free iPhone productivity apps, YPmobile also allows location-based searches and access to user reviews.
AT&T Advertising Solutions
AT&T Advertising Solutions is composed of a national sales force more than 5,000 strong that is responsible for all AT&T advertising sales including The Real Yellow Pages, YELLOWPAGES.COM, AT&T U-verse TV and other digital products that are developed, managed and delivered by AT&T Interactive.
AT&T provides comprehensive choices to consumers and solutions to business customers to help them connect. The bundled approach provides better value for advertisers and more options for consumers.
AT&T Advertising Solutions is the largest publisher of print Yellow Pages in the world, by revenue; we publish more than 1,250 Yellow Pages titles that are referenced more than 3.3 billion times annually in 21 states. According to syndicated research, on average, consumers in our markets turn to AT&T Real Yellow Pages more than three times as often as other directories.
We employ a feet-on-the-street sales force that meets face-to-face with local business owners to provide effective advertising consulting and solutions while gathering the most up-to-date information for our directories, further advancing our strong position with small and medium-size businesses and consumers.
AT&T Directory Assistance (411)
AT&T Directory Assistance offers a wide selection of services to help you quickly and conveniently find the listings you need. Our premier, caller-paid 411 service offers local, national and reverse-directory assistance for residential and business listings. In certain markets, we also offer category search, which allows you to request listing information based on business type and general location.
When you call 411 from a mobile phone, we will connect you to the business at no additional charge. You can also request a text message with the business listing as well as a link to a map of the business's location.
Our 1-800-YellowPages service provides free nationwide ad-based directory assistance. The easy-to-use service, available from wireless and wired phones, gives you free access to business listings while providing advertisers the opportunity to reach buyers at a critical moment in their purchasing decisions.
In-Home Support Services
AT&T ConnecTech provides a full suite of in-home services for virtually all technical support needs — from installation to maintenance and repair. For residential customers nationwide — AT&T and non-AT&T customers alike — ConnecTech offers television and home theater installation and personal computer and home network setup, plus an extensive list of repair services.
AT&T has long been a familiar face in the homes of Americans — first installing phone service, high speed Internet service and now AT&T U-verseSM TV. Relying on more than a century of AT&T's technology expertise and customer service, AT&T ConnecTech now helps consumers with a broad range of in-home and over-the-phone support services including:
