Stockholders may reinvest their dividends into additional shares through the DirectSERVICE Investment Program for Stockholders of AT&T Inc. Each dividend reinvestment will incur a service fee of 5 percent of the amount reinvested, up to a maximum of $2.00, plus a transaction fee of $0.10 per share.
