AT&T* today announced its AT&T Office@Hand app for iPhone, a mobile PBX application which allows small businesses with an existing wireless account from AT&T to configure and manage their office phone system on-the-go. The app, available now on the App Store, represents the latest example of AT&T's commitment to help small businesses wirelessly enable their operations and expands the company's portfolio of fixed mobile communication capabilities.
The AT&T Office@Hand app works with existing mobile or fixed-line phones, offering professional phone system features such as auto-receptionist, multiple department and employee extensions, voicemail, rules for call handling, faxing, on-hold music and more. The app not only provides small business owners and employees access to these features, but also enables them to update, configure and manage their office phone system while away from the office. There is no hardware set up or technical skills required to use the app.

AT&T Office@Hand provides small businesses with a cloud-based mobile PBX solution that addresses the changing needs of business customers. Key features include:
- Ability to signup, activate and configure the business phone system in minutes
- Auto-receptionist and custom greetings
- Multiple department and user extensions with voicemail boxes
- Advanced call handling rules such as custom business hours
- Business call logs, visual voice mail and faxes separate from personal messages
- Ability to forward voice mail and faxes to anyone via email
- Display the business Office@Hand phone number as the Caller ID when making calls
- Ability to transfer live calls between mobile and land lines
The AT&T Office@Hand app is available for free from the App Store on iPhone or at www.itunes.com/appstore or at the AT&T AppCenter. The AT&T Office@Hand service costs between $14 and $16 per month, per user, depending on the number of users. There is no additional setup fee or maintenance fees, significantly reducing start-up costs.
Monthly charges for all users will appear on the business owner's or administrator's AT&T wireless bill or the bill of the authorized person initiating the Office@Hand account set-up. Service is available for a free 30-day trial to AT&T wireless customers. All employees can be included as users of the Office@Hand business phone system, regardless if they are wireless users or not.
