AT&T Named Best Brand for Mobile Workforce Management Solutions by Frost & Sullivan Analysts

When it comes to mobile applications that increase worker productivity, AT&T* provides more robust services than any other company in North America, according to a recent Frost & Sullivan survey of wireless decision makers.1  For the third year in a row, Frost & Sullivan has honored AT&T with the award for “Overall Best Brand of Mobile Workforce Management Software” in North America.

More than 30 percent of survey respondents ranked AT&T as the number one provider of Mobile Workforce Management Software, with the next best company coming in nine percentage points behind.  In addition, AT&T’s performance in this Frost & Sullivan study has improved consistently over the past several years.

The Frost & Sullivan report cited a number of AT&T’s distinguishing strengths in Mobile Workforce Management, including the following:

  • AT&T works with industry-leading application developers and vendors to rapidly deliver products and services that help business customers better manage their employees.
  • AT&T offers a variety of Mobile Workforce Management solutions, including Fleet Management, Sales Force Automation and Field Service Automation, to meet “an array of customer needs.”
