AT&T Again Ranked Among Top Employers For Multicultural Engineering And I.T. Professionals

Readers of Workforce Diversity for Engineering and I.T. magazine have again ranked AT&T as one of America’s top employers. This is the second consecutive year that AT&T is recognized in the magazine’s Top 50 Employers List, this time at No. 11.
In its annual diversity survey, the magazine asked readers to identify the companies for which they would either like to work or which they believe would provide a positive working environment for members of minority groups.

Employees of diverse backgrounds make up 38 percent of AT&T’s workforce and 31 percent of its management ranks. The company’s diversity and inclusion practices have been recognized by numerous organizations and publications including: DiversityInc, National Minority Supplier Development Council; NAFE, the National Association for Female Executives; LatinaStyle magazine; Hispanic Business magazine; and Black Enterprise magazine.
