The contract covers about 20,000 AT&T wireline employees in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

(CWA Telecommunications and Technology Office), and on Dec. 7 a three-year contract for the Southeast region. In addition, AT&T West and CWA District 9 on Feb. 20 announced a tentative three-year agreement covering more than 17,000 employees. Including the newly ratified Southwest agreement, the agreements collectively cover about 77,000 AT&T wireline employees.
