TV Viewers Rate AT&T U-verse Highest in Customer Satisfaction in J.D. Power Study

Consumers say AT&T U-verse® TV outperforms all TV providers in customer satisfaction in the North Central region, according to the J.D. Power 2013 Residential Television Service Provider Satisfaction StudySM released today.

AT&T U-verse ranked highest in overall satisfaction in a study that evaluates performance and reliability, customer service, cost of service, billing, programming and communication.
