AT&T Wins Four U.S. Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards
Leadership in Network Performance, Products, Services and Brand Quality Affirmed by Customer Ratings in Atlantic-Acm Report

The awards, which are based on customer feedback, were presented today at the Competitive Telecommunications Association's (COMPTEL's) Spring 2006 Convention & Expo in San Diego.
