AT&T Wins Hosting Contract from Snap-on Incorporated

Kenosha, Wisconsin, July 13, 2006

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today that it has won a three-year hosting services contract from Snap-on Incorporated (NYSE: SNA), a global leader in professional tools, diagnostics and equipment. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

AT&T will provide space in one of its 30 global Internet Data Centers, enabling Snap-on to consolidate its mission-critical data and network applications in a secure environment and gain efficiency and cost-savings.

Through the data center solution, Snap-on has around-the-clock security protection and maintenance, redundant power sources, state-of-the-art fire suppression and redundant access to AT&T's IP network and the Internet.
