AT&T to Provide Global Internet Service for Moldflow Corporation

Boston, Massachusetts, November 7, 2006

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today a two-year contract with Moldflow Corporation (NASDAQ: MFLO), a leading global provider of automation and optimization software for the plastics injection molding industry. AT&T will provide high-speed bandwidth designed to increase the company's operating efficiencies across its global network. Specific details of the contract were not disclosed.

AT&T Global Managed Internet Service (GMIS) will provide high-speed dedicated access and scalability for Moldflow's Internet applications and proprietary file exchange. Moldflow employees located in North America, Europe and Asia will benefit from increased and reliable bandwidth for data storage, enabling the company's engineers to send CAE analysis models and results across the network more efficiently. The network design allows for new IP-based technologies to be deployed in the future.

The network will be backed by AT&T's industry-leading service level agreements for service installation, availability and restoration. AT&T will proactively monitor Moldflow's network around the clock and provide monthly quality reports to the customer.

"With Moldflow sales and support offices in 15 countries, as we searched for a new telecommunications provider, we found that AT&T was one of the few global players that was able to provide us with the service we need worldwide, at a competitive price," said Nedim Celik, IT director for Moldflow Corporation. "In addition, AT&T's service level agreements give us confidence that our current and future business applications can be supported by our network."
