AT&T Wins eRewards Networking Contract

Demand for Online Market Research Necessitates Network Upgrade

Dallas, Texas, November 13, 2006

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today that eRewards, Inc., a leader in the online market research industry, has signed a new $2.5 million contract with AT&T. The three-year contract includes the implementation of an Optical Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network (OPT-E-MAN®) as well AT&T Enterprise Hosting services at an off-site AT&T Internet Data Center (IDC).

OPT-E-MAN is a switched Ethernet service that connects local area networks (LANs) within the same metropolitan area. Through the OPT-E-MAN solution, eRewards will be able to use switched metro Ethernet technology to link facilities situated across a geographic region to a single managed network, ensuring virtually uninterrupted data transportation from point to point, point to multipoint or multipoint to multipoint.

With AT&T Enterprise Hosting services, eRewards gets added redundancy, managed network security and connectivity for optimal data transfer, processing and storage. In addition to providing off-site data backup to ensure access to data and support eRewards' business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, AT&T's data center infrastructure provides advanced power, network and security features backed by industry-leading service level agreements.

AT&T will also serve as the preferred source for eRewards' Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
