AT&T Delivers FTD New Voice and Data Solutions

Thousands of Florists to Benefit from New Contract

Downers Grove, Illinois, February 7, 2007

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) today announced that FTD Group, Inc., a leading provider of floral products and services, has awarded AT&T a four-year voice and Internet services contract.

Under the terms of the agreement, AT&T will provide FTD with a complete portfolio of long-distance, toll-free and high-speed Internet services. As part of the agreement, AT&T also developed a custom billing solution that will reduce overall voice and data costs for individual florists who choose the new voice and technology package.

In addition, AT&T will provide FTD florists with world-class customer support, around-the-clock management and industry-acclaimed service availability.
