Dr. Leonard's Healthcare Extends Contract with AT&T for Secure E-Mail Services

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has announced that Dr. Leonard's Healthcare, an online retailer of health care and personal care products, has extended its contract for AT&T's e-mail defense and management service, Secure E-mail Gateway, for an additional two years.
AT&T Secure E-mail Gateway helps protect Dr. Leonard's e-mail infrastructure through the use of spam filters and virus blockers. These filters and blockers help limit the e-mail traffic for employees to the business e-mail that Dr. Leonard's wants them to receive. As a result, inboxes are less congested, and the overall strain on the company's network is reduced. In general, employees spend substantially less time managing e-mail messages, and that increases overall productivity. Additionally, the disaster recovery features of AT&T Secure E-mail Gateway help prevent the loss of important, mission- critical messages.
