AT&T Voice Services Will Support the Weight Loss Company's New Business Generation

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced that Jenny Craig Inc. has extended its relationship with AT&T by signing a new two-year $3 million contract for local and long distance voice services to more than 600 Jenny Craig locations, including sites in Canada and Puerto Rico. AT&T has helped Jenny Craig consolidate its local carriers and integrate voice services into a single offering. AT&T's voice networking services will help streamline Jenny Craig's business with a more cost-effective solution.

AT&T combined the company's traditional voice services with Advanced Features and Interactive Voice Services to develop a custom store-locator application for Jenny Craig that will help route its customer call traffic. This service has provided the company with better call-handling capabilities, faster agent response times and a more detailed call-reporting capability. The end result is a better customer service experience for Jenny Craig's callers and a more robust and valuable call data advantage for the company.
