FCC Approves AT&T's Acquisition of Wireless Spectrum from Aloha Partners

San Antonio, Texas, February 5, 2008

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) today announced that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved AT&T’s acquisition of spectrum licenses from Aloha Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
