AT&T Tees Up 2009 Masters Tournament with Exclusive Three-Screen Coverage from Augusta National
Live Feeds, On-Demand Footage Available Across AT&T U-verse TV, Broadband and Wireless Services

From the first swing to the last putt, AT&T* is delivering more ways for golf fans to watch the 2009 Masters Tournament with all three AT&T screens — the TV, the PC and the wireless device. AT&T today announced its complete three-screen coverage of the 2009 Masters Tournament, available on AT&T U-verseSM TV, the AT&T FanZone (http://fanzone.att.net/) and exclusively on AT&T wireless devices, as well as a special 2009 Masters interactive application for all U-verse TV customers.
Under an agreement with the Masters, AT&T will be providing golf fans with extensive live footage and on-demand content from Augusta National across the three screens that matter most to consumers. AT&T wireless customers will also be the only fans with access to live and on-demand Masters programming from their wireless devices with AT&T Mobile TV, MobiTV and Cellular Video (CV) services.

This year, U-verse TV customers will have more ways to follow the tournament with the 2009 Masters app, which features an up to date Leaderboard, player scorecards, stats and bios, news updates, tournament photos, video archives and a course map of Augusta National Golf Club. The U-verse TV interactive app will also give customers the ability to browse a mosaic of channels showing live Masters content at once, and will be available to all U-verse TV customers at no extra charge on channel 619 during the tournament.
AT&T's wireless customers can also text GOLF to 21234 to receive customized news alerts on the 2009 Masters Golf Tournament and other golf events. Standard text message rates apply. AT&T wireless customers will also be able to access a top-five Leaderboard available through the AT&T MEdia™ Net on-device portal.
Live content available on three screens exclusively from AT&T — AT&T Mobile TV, MobiTV, AT&T FanZone and AT&T U-verse TV in Standard Definition (SD) and spectacular High Definition (HD) — will include:
- Par 3 Contest, which features a live feed from this popular contest on Wednesday, April 8.
- Masters Extra, which gives AT&T viewers one hour of live play-by-play action before cable and network broadcast coverage begins.
- Amen Corner Live, which features live coverage of the 11th, 12th and 13th holes.
- 15th/16th Live, which features live coverage of the 15th and 16th holes.
CBS and ESPN will also be providing live coverage to AT&T U-verse TV and AT&T | DIRECTV customers in SD and HD.
On-demand footage — through AT&T U-verse TV, AT&T FanZone and CV — will be available during the Tournament and archived for 60 days after, and will include:
- Masters Moments, featuring a series of 24 vignettes which highlight the action from past Tournaments. Videos are currently available via the AT&T FanZone and CV, and will be available via the U-verse TV Video On Demand (VOD) library beginning April 8.
- Multiple Player Interviews, offered daily via U-verse TV VOD, the AT&T FanZone and CV, beginning Monday, April 6.
- Masters TV, including daily "Masters Today" Tournament previews and "Masters Tonight" recaps, will be available via att.net and CV beginning Sunday, April 5 through Sunday, April 12.
