AT&T* today announced that its AT&T BusinessDirect® customer Web portal has been recognized with the Billing & OSS World 2009 Excellence Awards for Best Customer Care Solution. The annual awards recognize the leaders — vendors, service providers and integrators — in the development and deployment of billing and operations support systems (OSS) technologies and solutions.
