San Diego, California, September 30, 2009

newsrelease

AT&T* announced that MIR3, Inc., the pioneering innovator of real-time universal notification and response technology, has renewed its contract with AT&T for voice services. MIR3’s universal notification technology is delivered over the AT&T global network.

MIR3's software powers notification and response for businesses and organizations, allowing them to immediately contact and hear back from geographically dispersed populations of all sizes, reaching them on a multitude of communication devices (SMS, wireless, email, phone, pager, fax, etc.). This technology plays an integral role in business operations, IT service management and crisis management. For example, MIR3’s services enabled the CEO of a top five airline to personally provide updates to all company employees during an organizational transition, minimizing the potential for disruption to daily business operations. And one of the ten largest banks in the world uses MIR3's platform for employee pandemic notification.

MIR3's software, field-proven in years of daily use by many of the largest companies in the world, is coupled with the AT&T global network to ensure peak reliability.

“MIR3 has experienced accelerated growth over the past several years. We believe this is a direct result of the throughput, scalability and reliability of our solution, which global companies demand,” said MIR3 CEO Amir Moussavian. “The MIR3 software platform, together with the strength of the AT&T global network, has been used repeatedly by Fortune 1000 companies to send notifications to and receive responses from groups of a few people up to hundreds of thousands of people in just minutes, all over the world, on many different devices, and in multiple languages.”

MIR3 shot up to the rank of 299th in the recently announced 2009 Inc. 500, a jump of nearly 200 from its 498 ranking in the 2008 list. The 2009 list ranks companies by percentage revenue growth from 2005 to 2008. MIR3 achieved nearly 800% revenue growth in that time period. In addition, the company was the 10th fastest growing company in terms of revenue in the telecommunications sector.

The renewed contract extends and expands on the relationship between AT&T and MIR3 that spans more than three years. AT&T also provides Managed Internet Services, data center hosting and wireless services to MIR3. Additionally, AT&T is a user of MIR3's solutions for IT Service Management.
