AT&T* today announced the launch of the AT&T Jobs App on the App Store. The free AT&T Jobs App is designed to provide iPhone customers with easy access to job opportunities across the AT&T network. AT&T Jobs is the first career application designed by a company specifically to promote its own job listings.

The new AT&T Jobs App provides one-step mobile access to the popular www.att.jobs career portal, keeping job applicants up to date on events, openings and company information in real-time. Already accessed by thousands of job seekers each month, expanding the resources available through the AT&T career portal to iPhone brings greater ease and simplicity to applicants interested in pursuing career opportunities with AT&T.

• Identify local career opportunities, plus search for current openings
• Forward open positions to family and friends or a personal e-mail address

• Customize a job search by selecting personal areas of expertise
• Join the AT&T Talent Network and receive e-mail and mobile updates on news, events and career opportunities of interest. Plus, qualify for monthly prize drawings.
• Watch “day in the life” videos covering various roles and responsibilities within AT&T

Complete with several tabs to help candidates better navigate the AT&T career portal, the “Jobs” icon, shown at the bottom of the App, allows users to select their category of interest, such as wireless, broadband or retail, plus search based on job title, city, state, qualifications and more. Similarly, the “Events” icon will provide details on several upcoming AT&T career events, plus provide a direct link with map access and directions to the event location.
