Distribution Of Southwestern Bell Directories Set To Begin In Ardmore

Ardmore, Oklahoma, May 3, 1996

Distribution of the 1996 Southwestern Bell directory for the Ardmore area will begin on May 13, 1996. Approximately 33,000 copies of the directory will be delivered to area homes, businesses and government offices.

The cover of the new directory, which contains both White Pages and Yellow Pages, features a photo of Lake Murray State Park, which offers 6,000 acres of water sports activities, a resort hotel and 15,000 acres of parkland. The park was established by, and named for, one of Oklahoma's most colorful governors, William H. "Alfalfa Bill" Murray.

Included in the new directories are zip codes, signature and bold listings and information on how to reach Southwestern Bell. In addition to Ardmore, the directory also includes sections for Davis, Marietta, Healdton, Ringling and Wilson.
