How do I start using AT&T Locker?
To start using AT&T Locker on your desktop computer, just go to http://locker.att.net
To start using AT&T Locker on your mobile device, download the free AT&T Locker app from the app store for your device.What's an AT&T Access ID? Is it required?
An AT&T Access ID lets you access all your AT&T services and accounts including AT&T Locker with a single login.
You’ll need an AT&T Access ID to log in to AT&T Locker from either your desktop or mobile device. If you have one already, you can use it to log in to AT&T Locker.
If you haven’t created an AT&T Access ID yet, select the link to create a new AT&T Access ID on either your desktop or mobile device and follow the instructions.
How do I store files in my AT&T Locker?
From the Home screen, select Upload and then follow the prompts. You can choose content from your library to store. If you're on your mobile device, you can take a new photo or video to upload directly to your Locker.
On your mobile device, you also have the option to do a one-time-only upload of all the photos and videos on your device.
Where can I find the files I’ve stored in my AT&T Locker?
To view files in your AT&T Locker on your mobile device, select My Locker. Your uploaded content is organized into categories – just select the category for the type of content you want to view.
How do I search for files I’ve stored in my AT&T Locker?
From the Home page, select My Locker and then select the magnifying glass. Choose the category you want to search in, then enter your search text in the box.
How do I share files from my AT&T Locker?
From the Home page, select Share. You can share content that’s already in your AT&T Locker, or you can choose photos and videos from your mobile device’s library. Once you’ve selected which items you want to share, you can choose how to share them, either via email or on one of your social networks.
>In the AT&T Locker mobile app, you can also share right from the Home screen by tapping and holding on the item you want to share.
Can I check on how much storage space is available in my AT&T Locker?
Yes – from the Home page, go to Account > Plan & Billing.
Can I permanently delete an image, video, music track, or file from my AT&T Locker?
Yes – select the item you want to delete, then select the trash can button and follow the prompts. Note: Items will be deleted both from your Locker and from any folders they appear in. Also, any shared links to deleted items will no longer work.
Are there limits on the size and type of file I can store in my AT&T Locker?
There are no current limits on the size or type of file you can store in AT&T Locker as long as you don’t exceed your total storage space. 5GB of storage space is provided for free, but if you need more than 5GB of storage, it’s easy to add more. Just go to Account > My Plan & Billing > Upgrade
Why are there some files that I can’t share?
For sharing a file via email, the file size is limited to 10MB. Also, you can’t share any music tracks or files with DRM (digital rights management) protection. You can share any other type of media or files as long as you own the rights to them. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
Can I listen to music stored in my AT&T Locker?
You can listen to individual music tracks stored in your AT&T Locker. However, you can’t download the tracks to your music player or add them to playlists.
What if I lose my cell phone? How do I protect my AT&T Locker content?
If your phone is lost or stolen, you can still access your AT&T Locker from a desktop computer at https://locker.att.net. To protect your content, log in to your AT&T Locker account and request a password reset. When you recover or replace your phone, you can access your AT&T Locker with your new password.
What is Easy Upload?
When activated, Easy Upload automatically uploads new pictures and videos from your mobile device. By default, Easy Upload only works over a Wi-Fi connection. You can also set Easy Upload to work over a wireless data connection, but data charges may apply.
How do I turn on Easy Upload?
The first time you upload content with the AT&T Locker app over Wi-Fi, you’ll be asked whether you want to turn on Easy Upload.
You can also turn on Easy Upload manually by going to Account > Easy Upload Settings.
Is there any way to get more space?
Yes – if you need more than the 5GB of storage you get for free, it’s easy to add more. Just go to Account > My Plan & Billing > Upgrade.
