How do I get a rebate form?
If you have an email address on file for more than 30 days, you will receive your rebate form via email the same day your order ships. Look for the rebate form in your email within your Customer Service Summary.
If your email address is not on file or has been on file for less than 30 days, you will receive your rebate form in the postal mail, sent to your billing address within 7-10 days after your new device has shipped. Look for the rebate form in your mail inside your Customer Service Summary.

How can I check my wireless minutes after I combine my AT&T local and wireless services bills?
You have the following choices for checking your wireless minutes:
- To check your usage from your phone, please visit our web site for information on Services.
- View your wireless usage online.
- To check the billed minutes for previous months, log in to Online Account Management. To see unbilled and billed usage, go to att.com, select Log In and under the Wireless menu select View Usage.
