Order Status - Check Order Status
After you submit your order online, a confirmation email will be sent to you from AT&T that will include a WEB Order ID. You will receive another email from us alerting you when your order is being shipped. Arrival of your shipment should be expected within one to two business days after shipment.
Check Your Order Status
If you are switching to AT&T and keeping your wireless number, you can also check the status of your number transfer/port request.
You can check your order status online, as well as see your installation date and time. If while you are checking the status, you receive a message that says your order cannot be found, please chat live with one of our representatives who can help you, since there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Otherwise, you may call the telephone number on your email confirmation.
If you place your order online, you will receive several emails while waiting for your installation. The first will be an acknowledgement that your order is being processed. The second email will include your account number and confirmation of your installation date and time. Be sure to read these emails carefully to ensure the date and time work with your schedule and for other important information that is included.Back to top
