U-verse

Tracking your Shipment

Check your order status and track your shipment online.

Delivery Options

Most AT&T U-verse equipment is shipped UPS 2-day air. In some instances, when a set-top box is included, expedited shipment will be arranged for next day delivery.

Delivery Estimates

If you elected self-installation for your AT&T High Speed Internet or AT&T Voice service during the ordering process, we will ship you a convenient Self-Installation Kit with all the hardware and directions you will need to be up and running very soon! It should be delivered to your home via UPS in approximately three to four days.

Multiple Item Delivery

If your order includes more than one piece of equipment, the items will be shipped together.

Initiating a Return

If you choose to terminate your service, for whatever reason, please visit AT&T U-verse Details Service Agreement for our equipment terms and conditions:

You may return your equipment to the closest UPS location.

Please note that in some cases equipment must be purchased and therefore becomes your property and need not be returned.

Wireless

Tracking your Shipment

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking information. You can review the status of your shipment(s) directly from the carrier by selecting the tracking number(s). You can also track your shipment by checking your order status.


Delivery Options

We offer the following options for all wireless orders:

• Priority shipping is standard for all orders at no additional cost. Delivery timeframe is generally 3-5 days
• Overnight shipping is available for an additional $14.95. Overnight delivery is next business day for orders placed   Monday through Thursday prior to 4pm CT. Orders placed after 4pm CT on Thursday through Sunday are generally   delivered on Monday.
• In-Store Pickup is also available at this time in select markets at no additional charge.  

Shipping for all orders is subject to order processing, inventory availability, credit approval and validation of shipping address. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to contact you by e-mail right away.


Multiple Item Delivery

If you order multiple items and certain items are not in stock, we will ship the item(s) to you that are currently in stock and then follow up with the remaining items when they are available in stock.


Initiating a Return

AT&T values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for equipment and services purchased directly from AT&T. It may not reflect the policies of authorized retailers of AT&T.

Recycling

If after you purchase a new phone or just find a phone taking up space in your home, you may decide you'd like to take advantage of our recycle plan for wireless phones.


Warranty Claims/Exchanges

New wireless devices, tablets and Netbooks/notebooks carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. Refurbished wireless devices and Netbooks carry a 90-day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. New Apple branded equipment is covered by Apple's one-year Limited Warranty. Refurbished Apple branded equipment is covered under Apple's original Limited Warranty, and will have at least 90 days or more remaining under the warranty when sold. Additional details will be included with your purchased product.

DSL

We may offer both standard and expedited shipments. Just choose your shipping option as you complete your order.


Initiating a Return

If you decide within 30 days of the Ship Date or Professional Installation Date that you want to return the equipment for any reason, you may return it and you will not be charged for the modem, but (1) you must notify AT&T within 30 days of the Ship Date or Professional Installation Date and (2) you must return the equipment in accordance with AT&T's equipment return procedures and AT&T must receive the equipment in good working order with all original parts, accessories, disks, instruction manuals and related documentation. After 30 days from the Ship or Installation Date, AT&T will not accept the return of any equipment other than for warranty reasons.

Delivery Charge

When you order Home Phone service from AT&T online, no equipment is shipped or delivered. You may arrange for your own equipment to be used.
