Because the process of fulfilling the order begins as soon as it is placed, your online order cannot be changed after it is submitted.

Cancelling an Order

Because the process of fulfilling the order begins as soon as it is placed, an order placed online cannot be cancelled prior to shipment. You can choose to either refuse the delivery of the device or return the unwanted purchase after it arrives in accordance with the information below. All equipment orders processed online will include a return label in the package.

Please allow at least 30 days for full processing and crediting of your charged account.

The approximate refund timeline is as follows:

  • 3-5 days shipping time from the customer to AT&T
  • 3-5 business days to process return at distribution center
  • 10 days to process the refund for returned equipment

Returns

All unwanted equipment purchased through AT&T's Wireless website should be returned within 14 days to:

     Fort Worth, Texas 76177

(Do not return equipment purchased from another location to this address. Please return all equipment purchased other than through AT&T's wireless website to the place you purchased it or to the location instructed by the location from which it was purchased.)

To receive a full refund, equipment must be returned in like-new condition, with no visible damage, and accompanied by a receipt. All accessories should be included.
