All Products & Services

Before you place an order online, it would be good to have the following information handy to help save you time:

  • Complete and accurate residential service address (where service is to be installed)
  • Social Security Number and/or Drivers License
  • AT&T Home Phone Number (if appropriate)
  • Billing information
  • Credit card (for possible one-time fees & charges)

The online ordering process may take up to 20 minutes, depending on the number of products and services you order.

U-verse

Take your TV, Internet and Phone to the next level. To begin ordering online for AT&T U-verse, click here. Go to "Can I Get U-verse" to check service availability for your address. You may enter your current address or phone number.

If you are transferring an existing phone number - that is, keeping your existing number but moving to AT&T U-verse Voice service - we will process your order for AT&T U-verse Voice and notify your existing provider of your decision to switch your local, local toll, and long distance services to AT&T U-verse Voice. Keep in mind that not all telephone numbers are eligible for porting to AT&T U-verse Voice service.

Wireless

To begin ordering online, simply click here.

If you are transferring your wireless number over to AT&T – that is, keeping the wireless number you already have from another provider – please have a copy of the bill from your former wireless carrier ready. We will need the exact information from the bill, including:

  • Account number
  • Name of the account holder
  • Billing address
  • PIN or password (if applicable)

AT&T will contact your current service provider to complete the transfer. The information you provide must exactly match your current service provider's records. If there is a mismatch in the data, the transfer will be delayed.

If you currently subscribe to AT&T DSL service in your home, and you want to order AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet, we will need to disconnect your AT&T DSL service.

If you have DSL service with a non-AT&T provider, the service must be disconnected before AT&T can proceed with an order for AT&T U-verse. If this is the case, you will need to contact your current DSL service provider.
