NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OR PRODUCT REVIEW NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND OR PRODUCT REVIEW WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C., 18 YEARS AND OLDER.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION /ENTRY PERIOD: The AT&T Product Review Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). There are twelve (12) separate monthly entry periods (each a "Monthly Entry Period") for two separate drawings to be held each month during the Promotion Period - one in the video entry category (the "Monthly Video Entry Drawing") and one in the comment entry category (the "Monthly Comment Entry Drawing") as described more fully below. For purposes of this promotion a Monthly Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first calendar day of each month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of each month.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter each Monthly Video and Comment Entry Drawing - either by posting an eligible video or comment (as applicable) product
review, or by mail. Entrants can enter both monthly drawings during any Monthly Entry Period, but there is a limit of (1) entry in each entry category per person/household/email
address, per Monthly Entry Period and a limit of one prize per person/household/email address for the entire Promotion.

A. HOW TO ENTER THE VIDEO ENTRY CATEGORY BY POSTING A VIDEO: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Monthly Video Entry Drawing
when you visit www.att.com, enter your email address and post a video of an eligible product review of any AT&T qualifying product, (collectively a "Video Entry") during the
applicable Monthly Entry Period. Videos must be between 5 and 60 seconds in length, may not exceed a file size of 100 MB and must be submitted in one of the following
formats: .3g2, .mpg, .mp4, .avi, .flv, .m4v, .qt, .wmv, .mov, .f4v, .3gp., or .mpeg, maximum file size 100MB.

B. HOW TO ENTER THE COMMENT ENTRY CATEGORY BY POSTING A PRODUCT REVIEW: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Monthly
Comment Entry Drawing when you visit www.att.com, enter your email address and post a comment of an eligible product review of any AT&T qualifying product
(collectively, a "Comment Entry")during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Comment Entries must be between 50 and 10,000 characters in length.

FOR ALL VIDEO AND COMMENT ENTRIES: All Video and Comment Entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the end date of the applicable Monthly Entry Period to be
eligible for that Monthly Drawing. Qualifying AT&T products include all products on att.com at the time of entry that allows consumers to enter product reviews. All Video and
Comment Entries must comply with the terms of these Official Rules, including the Submission Guidelines set forth herein, and with the AT&T Terms of Use and User Guidelines
available at http://www.att.com/gen/privacy-policy?pid=2506. All Video and Comment Entries must be in English. Sponsor (as defined below) does not guarantee the public posting of
any product review and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and not to post any product review for any reason including if Sponsor determines in its sole
discretion that it fails to conform to these Official Rules or AT&T Terms of Use and User Guidelines or otherwise contains unacceptable content as determined by AT&T in its sole
discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is offensive or inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor's image or that is
otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules or AT&T Terms of Use and User Guidelines. Product reviews that are not posted by AT&T, removed from posting by AT&T
or otherwise disqualified will not qualify for entry into the Sweepstakes.

Submission Guidelines: Entries may not contain, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, any content that:

• Is sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic,
or contains nudity

• Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes
any particular political agenda or message

• Is obscene or offensive, endorses any form of hate or hate group

• Appears to duplicate other submitted Entries

• Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies

• Contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress of any non- AT&T products; owned by others, without permission; infringes on the copyrights of any third party or mentions
other brands, third-party products or third-party logo or company names

• Contains any copyrighted materials owned by others

• Comments on competitive products or other product reviews; availability, price or alternative ordering/shipping information; contains critical or spiteful comments on
other reviews posted on the page or their authors; advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other third party offers or websites

• Contains any content that fails to use the AT&T brand names or trademarked product names appropriately as a trademark with the correct generic descriptor following
the brand name

• Contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices or other indicia identifying any person, including without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private
figures, living or dead without permission

Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks,
rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

By submitting a product review as part of an online Entry, entrant hereby grants permission, without limitation to other rights granted hereunder, for the product review to be posted
on www.att.com or www.facebook.com/att or other Sponsor websites. Entrant agrees that Promotion Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of
product reviews by third parties. Entrants agree that they will not use the product review for any other purpose, including without limitation, posting the product review to any other
online social networks, without the express consent of Sponsor.

Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent product reviews will not be posted and all entries from any such user will be void. Entrants may not submit
product reviews with multiple email addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to submit product reviews multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts
to submit product reviews with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to submit product reviews multiple times or subvert the entry
process will be disqualified from participation in the sweepstakes, and all product reviews and entries submitted by that entrant will be void.

OR 2.) To enter without making a purchase or providing a product review: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete address, daytime and evening
telephone numbers (area codes included), and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: 2012 AT&T Product Review Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1094, Elmhurst, IL 60126.
On the lower left front corner of the outer mailing envelope please write either "Video" or "Comment" to indicate which drawing you wish to enter. Mail-in entries must be postmarked
by April 30, 2013, and received May 7, 2013. All mail-in entries must be received by the end date of the applicable Monthly Entry Period to be eligible for that Monthly Drawing. Limit
one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. All mail-in entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Monthly Drawing for each mail-in entry timely received.

General Entry Conditions: Limit one (1) entry in each entry category per person, per household and per email address per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.
Entries submitted from any person, household or email address in excess of the stated limitation for any Monthly Entry Period will be void. Entries received from the same email
address as indicated above are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated or mechanical
means or which subvert the entry process will be void.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees, officers,
directors, and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Promotions.com, LLC ("Administrator"), Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales
representatives, wholesalers, distributors, printers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), and members of the immediate families (parent, child,
sibling, and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households of each, whether or not related, who are not eligible to enter or win a prize in the
sweepstakes. Entrants who are 18 but have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside ("Minors") must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to
be eligible to enter the Promotion. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed
or administered by, or associated with Facebook. As such, please direct any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion to the Administrator. By participating,
you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of administering
the Promotion.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Potential winners will be selected in two separate random drawings (one for Video Entries and one for Comment Entries) to be conducted on or about
ten (10) business days following the end of each applicable Monthly Entry Period from among all eligible entries received in each entry category during that Monthly Entry Period.
Monthly Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning any drawing depend upon number of eligible entries received for the
applicable drawing. Entries for any Monthly Drawing WILL NOT be rolled over to the subsequent or any other Monthly Drawings. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified
by mail or email at the address provided on the Entry and will be required to respond within seven (7) days of the date of notification with his/her full name and mailing address
information or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. Failure to respond within the specified time period (if
required), the return of any prizes or prize notifications as undeliverable, Sponsor's inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with
these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be
contacted within approximately 4 – 6 weeks following the end of the applicable drawing regarding their prize.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARVs") FOR THE VIDEO DRAWING: Twelve (12) Grand Prizes (one (1) per Monthly Drawing): $500 Reward Card from AT&T.
ARV: $500 each.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV") FOR THE COMMENT DRAWING: Twelve (12) Grand Prizes (one (1) per Monthly Drawing): $250 Reward Card from AT&T.
ARV: $250 each.

Reward Card prizes from AT&T are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize for the
entire Promotion per person, household, and email address. All federal, state , and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use
not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of winners.

5. GENERAL RULES: By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator,
which shall be final and binding in all matters. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold Promotion Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability arising, in whole or
in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the sweepstakes or use or acceptance of a prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its
designees to use winners' names, likenesses (and biographical information), and product review for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other purposes in any and all media
now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties assume no responsibility
for and will disqualify lost, late, garbled, incomplete, undeliverable, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or delayed entries or emails, mail or product reviews, and postage-due
entries or mail. Promotion parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP)
connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or for any errors, problems, or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer, network, technical, mechanical, printing,
typographical, or human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems, or malfunctions which may occur in
connection with the administration of the sweepstakes; the processing of entries, mail, or product reviews; the announcement of the prizes; or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
Promotion Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Promotion Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from
participation in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. If, in the Administrator's sole discretion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with
any portion of the sweepstakes, or if virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or technical difficulties compromise the integrity, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes (or
portion thereof), the Administrator reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes, at the Administrator's sole discretion. If terminated, Administrator may, at its
discretion, award the prize(s) for the drawing(s) at issue in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the drawing(s) at issue up to time of such
action. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process; who disrupts the administration of this sweepstakes; who intends to annoy,
abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor representative; or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules; and void all associated entries. CAUTION: ANY
ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING
ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of
the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry and he/she
must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider
or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY: As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, each entrant: (1) waives any rights to punitive, incidental, and consequential damages
and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) agrees that this sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its
conflicts of law principles, and any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County and State of Texas; (3) any and all claims,
judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this sweepstakes and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees
or any other costs.

8. WINNERS' LIST: For names of the winners, available after May 30, 2013, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: 2012 AT&T Product Review Sweepstakes –
Winners' List, P.O. Box 329, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by April 30, 2013. Vermont residents are not required to include return postage.
