We'll call you to begin your appointment so you don't have to spend time on hold or wait around during a big appointment window. Your time is valuable!

At the start of your Tech Support 360 service session, a technician will remotely access your computer. We can then identify and fix most problems right over the Internet, or recommend a solution, as needed.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. To begin your service, one of our technicians calls you.
  2. The technician walks you through the steps to initiate your service session. You’re online with the tech in almost no time.
  3. Thanks to desktop sharing technology, the tech temporarily accesses and views your desktop and performs a wide range of IT functions. You’re fully in control: You can take over the session at almost any time.
  4. Every service session is recorded for your security.
  5. While the tech is working, you can sit back and relax or take care of other business. It’s up to you!
  6. You can see exactly what the tech is doing – right on your computer screen.
  7. At the end of your session, the tech lets you know when the task is successfully completed so you can get back to business—fast.

Great question. We think your data security and privacy are essential. You can be confident that our technicians can only access your computer when you log in and request service. After your service is complete and you log off, we are no longer able to see or access your computer.

Security is always a big part of Tech Support 360 service. We use a 128-bit encrypted connection between your computer and the technician's computer. This sets up a unique, highly secure one-to-one session.

You'll be able to see what the technician is doing on your machine the whole time. You choose to initiate a remote support session and you can end a session by simply closing the support window on your desktop. While your session is in progress you'll see the technician using your cursor to locate and fix problems. At almost any time you can override these actions simply by moving the mouse.

Remote technical support (also known as online computer and technical support) allows us to remotely view your computer screen and operating system over the Internet via remote control.

You can sit at your desk and watch what the tech is doing.

Remote support works through desktop sharing technology. This means that one of our U.S.-based, IT-certified technicians can view and interact with your computer, working to quickly identify and resolve problems or set up your new technology.

For example, we can set up your wireless network, perform software installation, and help you maintain your computer and devices.

Quite a few—just about everything you need to keep your business up and running. Covered devices include PCs and Mac computers, laptops, netbooks, routers, and tethered smartphones, tablets and computer peripherals, such as printers, digital cameras, MP3 players, scanners, fax machines, and more.

Supported PC operating systems include: Windows® XP, Windows Vista®, and Windows 7.

Limited supported Mac operating systems include Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger), 10.5 (Leopard), 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and 10.7 (Lion).

Our U.S.-based computer technicians are Microsoft® Application Trainers, Microsoft Product Specialists, A+/MCP/MCSE Certified Professionals, and Network Administrators.

Every technician is pre-qualified, has 3+ years experience in a help desk environment, and completes an extensive 2-week training course on excellent service delivery and the virtual interface. At AT&T Tech Support 360, you're in good hands!
