  1. Eligibility Requirement. Only available in specified wirecenters in Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee; if customer moves the AT&T local service under this Agreement outside of the eligible wire centers, the Early Termination Fee for each Wireline component applies. The AT&T Business Center at 866-620-6000 should be contacted to determine if the new location is in one of the eligible wire centers.

  2. Monthly Credits. The specified percentage will be a percentage-off the monthly list price of the relevant service (“Percent-Off”). The Monthly Credit will appear in the “Promotions and Discounts” section of your bill, and will be shown as a “Reward”. The Monthly Credit for each of the services in the bundle will be calculated as follows: Local Services- a credit equal to the Percent-Off of the monthly list price; Long Distance Services-a credit equal to the Percent-Off of the monthly list price; FastAccess services,-a credit equal to the Percent-Off of the monthly list price. Monthly Credits are not applied against the recurring charges for FastAccess additional features; see the FastAccess Service Guide for a list of excluded charges. Taxes, surcharges and fees will be based on the full list price for each product and service without regard to the Monthly Credit given.

  3. Line Connection Charge Waiver. AT&T will waive the Line Connection Charges provided the order for CCB includes a new subscription of an eligible local service. Line Connection charges are charges applied against a service order. Line Connection charges for the first and additional lines will be waived. AT&T will also waive any “change in service charge” which may apply to eligible orders.

  4. FastAccess Business DSL Service. Customers must install the FastAccess component service within 60 days of the service order or this Agreement will be considered materially breached and terminated by Customer, and Customer will be liable for applicable Early Termination Fees. IN THE EVENT THAT INSTALLATION OF FASTACCESS IS DELAYED (BUT STILL IS INSTALLED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE SERVICE ORDER) AND BILLING FOR FASTACCESS IS LIKEWISE DELAYED, THEN BILL CREDITS FOR FASTACCESS WILL APPLY ON THE FIRST BILL FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF FASTACCESS AND WILL END ON THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE AGREEMENT.

    1. During the Term of this Agreement, Customer may upgrade or downgrade to one of the following FastAccess services under this Agreement without incurring an Early Termination Fee: FastAccess Business DSL, FastAccess Business DSL Plus or FastAccess Business DSL 6.0. During the Term of this Agreement, Customer may upgrade to another AT&T dedicated Internet access service without incurring Early Termination Fees provided Customer signs a new agreement with a minimum commitment term of 12-months. In the event Customer notifies AT&T of a move to a new address within AT&T serving centers, and the new location is not qualified for FastAccess, Customer is not liable for Early Termination Fees.
