What User ID should I use?

The User ID you should enter depends on what password you want to reset.

Wireless Password
Enter your wireless number unless you have registered or linked your account to an AT&T Access ID*.

U-verse Password
Enter your U-verse Member ID (email address) unless you have registered or linked your account to an AT&T Access ID*.

Home Phone & Internet Password
Enter your home phone / Internet username (different from an AT&T email address) unless you have registered or linked your account to an AT&T Access ID*.

AT&T Email Password
Enter your AT&T email address (also known as a Member ID). This is used on att.net (not associated to a Uverse account)

AT&T Access ID Password
*An AT&T Access ID allows you to manage multiple accounts with just one User ID and password.

Enter an AT&T Access ID to reset your password if:
•  You created a User ID to manage your billing account or services online after January 21, 2012.
•  You have linked any above account (one or more) to an AT&T Access ID and that is the account password you need reset.
•  You manage multiple accounts with one single User ID.
