***Don’t buy from AT&T. Just go right to Apple.***

The pencil I received was broken and AT&T refused to take it back or exchange it at the store without charging a restocking fee that was *more than half* the cost of the pencil despite the fact it never worked. They would not allow me to ship it back because they apparently can’t make a label if you don’t have the shipping box (not the packaging for the pencil - I had all of that exactly as I received it - but the brown box from FedEx) and wouldn’t allow me to even pay for the shipping back withSee more
