Accessing Messages - From Your Telephone:
If you are calling from the telephone that's connected to your AT&T Unified Messaging service, after you dial your Mailbox Number simply follow the prompts. If you are calling from a telephone that's not connected to your AT&T Unified Messaging service, dial your Mailbox Number, wait for the greeting and then press *5. Then simply follow the voice prompts.
