Learn how to manage the battery on your device. Taking care of your battery will extend your battery life.

From Settings, tap Battery.

Tap Battery usage.
From this screen, you can view details about how your battery power is being used.

Select an app to view more information.

Swipe inward from the left or right edge of the screen until you return to the Battery landing.
5.
Tap Battery Saver.
6.
Tap the Use Battery Saver switch to turn it ON.
Battery Saver limits visual effects and background app activity to reduce passive drain of your battery. You can also choose Extreme Battery Saver to further limit non-essential apps.
