Indicates the power status of your device.
- Solid Green: The power is on and operational.
- Flashing Green: The gateway is in the process of starting.
- Solid Amber: A software update is underway. Please do not unplug or remove the battery until the update finishes.
- Solid Red: There may be an issue with the gateway or power supply.
Indicates whether the battery is installed or currently being used.
- Solid Green: The battery is installed, but the gateway is not using battery power at the moment.
- Flashing Green: The battery is in the process of charging.
- Flashing Amber: The gateway is operating on battery power.
Indicates when devices are connected via Ethernet.
- Solid Green: A device is connected to the Ethernet port.
- Flickering Green: Data is being transmitted to or from a device connected to the Ethernet port.
Indicates when devices are connect via Wi-Fi.
- Solid Green: A device is connected to the gateway via a wireless connection.
- Flickering Green: Data is being transmitted to or from a device over a wireless connection.
Indicates when devices are connect via Phone ports.
- Solid Green: A phone is connected and registered successfully.
- Flashing Green: The connected phone line is currently active.
Indicates whether a broadband connection is enabled or not.
- Solid Green: The gateway is connected to our network.
- Flashing Green: The gateway is trying to connect to our network.
- Flashing Green and Red: The gateway tried to connect to our network for more than 3 minutes.
- Flashing Red: The gateway can't connect to our network.
Indicates that network service is active.
- Solid Green: The gateway has successfully obtained an IP address from the network, and the broadband connection is active.
- Fast Flashing Green: The gateway is attempting to obtain an IP address.
- Slow Flashing Green: There is no response from the network, the gateway may be misconfigured, or there’s an authentication issue.
- Solid Red: Internet service authentication has failed.
Indicates status of WPS authentication when attempting to connect a new device.
- Flashing Green: WPS is broadcasting.
Used to connect a device using Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
