Some accounts that you have on your device will allow you to sync contacts from the email address to your device.

From the Contacts app, tap the Menu icon.

Tap Settings.

Scroll to Sync contact accounts.

Tap Sync contact accounts.
5.
Select your preferred settings.

Tap Sync.
