Emergency SOS lets you quickly call for help and alert your emergency contacts. Your device will begin to call emergency services for you if you have enabled Emergency SOS.

From the Settings app, scroll to Safety and emergency.

Tap Safety and emergency.

Scroll to Emergency SOS.
Your watch can also send an SOS automatically if it detects a sudden or hazardous fall. To enable this feature, tap Hard fall detection.

Tap Emergency SOS.
From this screen, you can add emergency contacts to be notified when you send your Emergency SOS. You can also add a countdown to your SOS call so you do not trigger it accidentally.
5.
To send an Emergency SOS, quickly press the Home button five times.
6.
