Removing applications or widgets will free up space on your device. Once you remove an application or widget you will not be able to use it again unless it is downloaded again.

From the Watch app main screen on iPhone, scroll to the app you'd like to uninstall.

Select the app you'd like to uninstall.
3.
Switch Show App on Apple Watch to OFF.
You can also delete an app from your Watch and iPhone.
